To buy a beach house, and lets not forget that summer is coming, for 199 L$ is amazing deal by it self! But what if i tell you that beside beach hose you will get all accessories and decoration that you need, so fully furnished and decorated and you dont have to pay extra dime for it!

Offer is great, and you can be sure that all items will match each other 100%. You mix and match them as you like, save prims and use just a few or all of them!

So lets start with review!

Technical details and description from creator, Dick Oompa:

"The new 'Annie' Beach Hut from DO Designs provides you with a host of entertainment on your beach front, from single sits and relaxing, to cuddles and romance, through to hot, adult action when the mood takes you!

Only the highest quality Bento animations are used, driven by the AVsitter™ 2.2 system and include 16 single sits each for male and female, 42 couples cuddles, and 63 hot adult sets for you to enjoy. There are also 6 cuddles and 7 adult sequences, and 4 full love scenes to save you the hassle of constantly clicking on the menu to change position. In addition, the adult menu benefits from multi-speed options! Attachment props are also used and I would draw your attention to the enclosed notecard which explains how to activate experiences on your land to get the best results with these props.

The DO 'Annie' Beach Hut has a land impact of just 6 (6LI) with a footprint of approximately 4.5 x 5.5 metres. The doors open and close with a click and are individual, so you can have both closed, one or the other open, or both open, whichever suits you best.

In addition to the beach hut, I have included a variety of beach accessories. Some are decor only and others, such as the pool rings, beach ball, deck chair, and beach towels can be used. The pool rings float and contain a few non-Bento animations. The deck chair contains a handful of non-Bento sits, each beach towel contains a selection of single Bento animations, and the beach ball can be kicked around on land for a bit of fun. Although don't drop the beach ball into the water as it'll sink!

Made in just 6 prims land impact (house with adult menu alone), in 100% mesh, new fine DO 'Annie' Beach Hut is detailed well made product with extremely low price due creators wish to keep his furniture affordable to all SL users.

Main menu in new DO 'Annie' Beach Hut is made in AVsitter™ 2.2 no pose balls system, logical and easy to use, divided on following sub menus: m singles, cuddles, adult, scenes and adjust button. So as you can see plenty ways to use and enjoy this new product :)

All animations used in new DO 'Annie' Beach Hut are high in quality, duration long, and frames per second rich, put together to provide you with quality animated RP visual stimulation for your sensual and sexual RP moments.

On test for this review new DO 'Annie' Beach Hut did work and preformed well, animations where smooth in transition, well aligned and i was not able to find any down side to it. Great product for great price.
