If you did like FROSTED series of furniture from DICTATORSHOP, my dear readers here is a unique and original plus seasonal and decorative structure where to keep them; new DS Gingerbread Conservatory!

To be fully decorated and filled with Christmas spirit, DS Gingerbread Conservatory gives us a chance to literally have all under the same roof, at least from FROSTED series, or you can furnish it with something else you like!

"Gingerbread Conservatory

 The [Ds] Gingerbread Conservatory is a simple elegant gingerbread house for the holidays.  

The land impact is 95. 

Footprint is approximately 11x11 meters.

The windows can be changed by clicking the Ds logo behind the left door (as you walk in).

         Snowflake (default)

        Gold

        Private (gold but no transparency)

        Sugar

There is a RESET ALL button that will return ALL textures in the Conservatory back to their default (in case anything goes wrong)  please be patient there are many pieces and it takes quite a long time for the script to cycle through the entire building.

The doors open on click or collision, click to close.

The foundation is deep so that if your ground is uneven you don't any ugly exposed corners.  The building can be sunk down over the first step and everything will still look great.

The candy canes can be removed if you have some preferred decor for the front planter boxes.
